Our services include providing equipment and material procurement in all aspects of execution including requirement identification, planning, prospect development, negotiation, commercial and technical evaluation as well as order follow up and expediting. We actively evaluate market potentials to supply manufactured goods associated to our businesses on a high quality, reliable and transparent basis.
Our vast experience in supplying materials for onshore and offshore projects has allowed us to overcome the challenges at various stages of the project life cycle.
The following activities are performed as part of our procurement services:
- Early involvement in the project by review of the project specifications and standards, client/project requirements and project planning
- Preparation of the Procurement Plan, Definition of the Long-Lead Items (LLI) to meet the planning and preparation of the procurement execution plan/ procurement flow and procedures
- Communication with Client to agree on Sub-Vendor lists, strategic partners, Commercial Terms and Conditions, Payment agreements
- Pre-qualification of the vendors and manufacturers both from technical and commercial aspects
- Preparation of the MSRs ( Material Service Requests), Contact vendors/ sending out the RFQs or RFIs received from technical departments
- Review of the quotation, arranging the clarification meetings, performing the commercial bid evaluation
- Commercial discussions with vendors, placing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Vendors liaison and post PO activities such as: Material expediting, vendor progress monitoring, inspection and test plan check
- Handling variation orders, review of the non-conformities and related commercial impacts
- Participating in Internal/External project meetings ( with vendors and clients), update of the procurement progress report and material track registration
